Yes, all bikes purchased through Giant Brisbane are professionally assembled and safety-checked by our certified mechanics before they are ready for collection or delivery.
What is your return policy on cycling gear and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most gear and accessories, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned.
Can I click and collect my order from the Brisbane store?
Absolutely. You can select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. We will notify you via email as soon as your items are ready for pickup at our West End location.
Do Giant bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new Giant frames come with a lifetime warranty for the original owner, while components and paint/finish are covered for specific periods as outlined in the Giant global warranty policy.
